Interesting timeline of the Navajo people in the Americas. We tend to think of indigenous native peoples as having lived in their current areas "for ever" and of ourselves as relative newcomers. This is certainly not true of the Welsh, who not only predate the Navajo, but also the legendary Anasazi (ancient old ones) before them. Even the Scots, English, Vikings and Normans come in at fairly respectable second, third, fourth and fifth positions.
